Changelog

What changed in v2026.10.6-deploy.76d24c028ca7

Improvements

  • Tuned database connection handling for the private editorial digest flow with a smaller pool, shorter idle retention, and connection lifetime limits.
  • Clarified internal digest behavior in documentation: the digest remains beta-only, and preview/send read successful cached entries rather than generating summaries on demand.

Fixes

  • Reduced the database connection pool used by the deployed service so digest preview traffic holds fewer idle sessions.
  • Added connection time limits so unused database clients are released sooner instead of lingering on warm API instances.
