How to request deletion of account information and connected-service data associated with CodeSplash AI.

Requesting deletion

If you want CodeSplash AI to delete your personal data, email support@codesplash.ai from the email address associated with your account and include the subject line Data Deletion Request.

If you no longer have access to the original email address, include enough information for us to reasonably verify account ownership before we process the request.

What we will delete

When applicable, we will delete or de-identify:

  • Account profile information and contact details tied to the request.
  • Locally mirrored or server-side data associated with connected integrations, to the extent it is stored by CodeSplash AI.
  • Support-side account references that are no longer needed for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or document prior transactions and license events.

Deletion of your CodeSplash AI data does not automatically delete data held by third-party providers you connected separately. You may need to revoke access or delete data directly with those providers as well.

Connected account revocation

For the fastest cleanup, disconnect any connected third-party accounts inside the product before submitting your deletion request. You can also revoke app access directly from the provider account settings where supported.

Processing time

We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe. Complex requests, fraud checks, or legal retention requirements may extend processing time.
